Wonder if TOL CEO pulls a Steve Case and buys something a la Time Warner with inflated stock currency. Then the fall might not be as bad :-)

I can tell you when. Actually I can tell you when TOL is a dead stock OR when Jay's short position is a dead duck.

TOL's qtr ends in Jan. They always report prelim results immediately, before the actual earnings release. Here is the last one.
