But the homebuilders are out of hand on a fundamental basis, TOL on a relative basis, and from a technical perspective, if anyone believes a stock can continue to go up in an accelerating fashion like this forever, they are crazy. This is a blow off top formation in the making, and the pullback will hurt.

I have no idea where TOL is going tomorrow or the next day.

To me the fundamentals don't look that bad. (I get my info from Yahoo)
PE of 18 ; forward PE of 9 ; PEG ratio of 0.62 ; Profit margin = 9% ROE= 20% Whats not to like?

The only thing I don't like and the reason I don't own any is the fact they have negative free cash flow.

On a technical basis its in an uptrend. Until I see a stock start down I wouldn't be shorting. When a stock is at an all time high and moving higher who wants to sell. Every day it continues up it sucks in new buyers who have to pay higher prices. It will crash eventually but it might be some time from now.

I wish you luck.
