US wants back USD parked in Cayman Island, Bahamas. Is akin to countries that gives an amnesty to people who took money away during a capital flight situation.

Yiwu - I think the corporate tax number is actual taxes. Calendar 2003 has lots of carry -over loss from 2001 & 2002. Most of those losses have been used now.

The rule remains.

There's a new lower tax rate for moving money back into the US.
