I clearly remember when the NASDAQ was trying for the first time to move above the 2000 level back in the 1990s, it took a number of attempts which were failed at that level each time. Once the 2000 level was finally penetrated and a close was made above that level ( just as AAPL finally closed above $70), the NASDAQ then had to successfully test 2000 and bounce there before it could move to higher levels.

Your intra-day charts of AAPL show a successful test of $70 and stochastic setup in both time frames to move back up. That will happen if the markets move higher today.
