No, why? People never have to know anything that goes against their hunches and perceptions, not until it smacks them right between the eyes, as this story just did to Black Rock.

What really annoyed me about the report was not the "no evidence of bias" bit. The report didn't have to enter the realm of 'why'; it's job was to report on 'what'. What annoyed me was that they refused to pronounce the memos fake, despite the conclusive testimony of their own expert, whom they quoted at length in the appendix. You hire the guy, he tells you the memos are phony as 3 dollar bills, yet you still refuse to actually write the word "forged" in your report? Please.
