I got the impression he thought rates were going much, much lower..which makes me think he might even be long treasuries..though I could be wrong.

You are correct in that he thinks the long bond yields are indeed going much lower.

I have not heard him say he is long treasuries.
He could be. I can say that I am not but his arguments make sense to me.

We are in an extreme minority view IMO.
