Hi rruff, Thanks very much, I am glad you found it useful---that is the name of the game, so far as I am concerned. You bring up some very interesting questions. I should make it clear that I am no authority on much of anything. I just have managed to find some things that work pretty well that I understand sufficiently and feel comfortable with, and if those things can work well for others too, that is even better. This business is not "one size fits all" and what works for me may not be right for someone else. I understand that. Obviously you have given this a tremendous amount of consideration, and that is good. I think it is best if I respond to the issues you raise bit by bit---there is a lot! Thanks, and I am glad to see you (well, anyone really, I don't mean to imply otherwise) contribute to this thread. You have a lot to offer. T
