Thanks for your excellent reponses. I agree completely with your analysis that we should be asking why these types of offerings are not available here. I think my comments to my Congressperson, Nancy Pelosi, would fall on deaf ears, but I can also contact others who would be encouraged to get my support. I called Etrade, and they are letting me participate. So we will see. I think international investing in general needs to open up and I think it is coming. The taxation issue is problematic.
