XCD- My post is not to take sides, though it may appear to do so. I happen to give a lot of credence and respect to Jim's stance. We shouldn't forget that (a) he is a finance professional, whereas, most others here are amateurs in comparison. So, he has the ability to separate the wheat from the chaff. He's both borrowed and he's lent. However, and more importantly, that financial experience has been in the energy sector and Jim has been through many cycles (where as most of us, whilst fast learners, haven't been through more than one or two. Thirdly, imo, we tend toward greed when experiencing easy success. And, success we've all had. So, I ask, who is going to turn out the lights when this party ends? Not I. Been there, done that. Who?
