This is mis-characterisation on your part again, you're capable of better michael, shame on you .... no, as i've said before [oh lord how many times], a considerable portion of Palestine was acquired more or less legitimately by jews, and they have a right to it .... certainly the historic jewish community [Yishuv it's called?] has a right, they tended to oppose zionist military conquest anyway, so as long as they've committed no crimes they're legit

The right of return would be part of a wider change, in which the Whacko is removed from the Whackostaat and replaced with Menschen, in other words you wouldn't need to be of any particular religion to enjoy full human rights in the country, you'd have some sort of truth and reconciliation court, you'd have non-segregationist rules for determining who had what rights of immigration and land tenure - lines would have to be drawn, and difficult lesser-evil decisions made, but not on religious grounds, ever ...... you'd have in the preamble to the constitution a line up top, 'All palestinians have equal rights under the law, regardless of religion, ethnicity, language, colour, etc' ... then your legislation would start out with the basics -

a. thou shalt not promote hatred
b. thou shalt not kill
c. thou shalt not steal
