Arik. Been awhile. But, as I recall, T-Bills require only

10% margin. Think the Bonds R 40%.

Will defer to anyone else who has checked the requirements recently.

TIA to whoever wishes to step up with the information.

Iso

ATG, I have had a significant position in RYJUX for 3 months and since I look at it as at least a one year hold I actually forget about it some times. Rydex funds have relatively high management fees. I trade through Schwab and there is no commission if the fund is held for six months, which is no problem as this is a long term hold. I am down about $.34/share. Go figure!

Can not believe interest rates are going lower but as the chart shows, with interest rates who knows?

stockcharts.com

"Rydex Juno Fund seeks total return, before expenses and costs, that inversely correlates to the price movements of the 30-year Treasury bond. The fund devotes most of assets to employing such investment techniques as short sales on U.S. Treasury bonds, transactions in futures contracts on U.S. Treasury bonds, and options on such contracts to produce synthetic short positions"

Just one idea. This is low maintenance but the fees could be a problem for some.
