I don't understand this.The 10 yr is about 4 1/4 % and the FF is 2 1/4 %

It would take more than 2 hikes?

A closer reading removes the "what if" clause and forecasts those events before inversion occurs.

however, i don't think it'll really come to that ( i.e. the inversion ) . not because they know what's going to happen, but because some of it may happen before they get around to hiking that far.
