Interesting situation for sure.. I listened to the CC last qtr and CEO was talking about not finding any reasonably priced acquisition in terms of GEAC valuation vs. potential acquisition (high multiples) and of course they don't want to buy anything that is not going to be accretive..

That means to me at least they should raise earnings and valuation by reducing o/s and still leave enough for a small acquisition.. considering the cash flow that is quite feasible.. Failing that if price stays here, I think some american company trading at 3-4 times p/s will step in to take them out..
