To say that Saddam was a paper tiger is an insult to paper tigers. The bloke was so weak that even if he THOUGHT of stepping foot in the autonomous Kurdish region, we would bomb him. And every once in a while, we would mount air raids to destroy his slingshots and catapults. Yes, those were his anti-aircraft defenses! For all practical purposes, his Navy didn't exist. And his Republican Guard still had sore butts from the kicks they got in 1991.
