And yes...grave threat, gathering threat mean imminent threat. If there's a storm gathering it means imminent storm.

This is stupid. We have lost 1400+ soldiers, got 10,000+ of them wounded and spent 2 years and $200 Billion on it and you are arguing semantics!

Btw, Scott Mclellan stated that it was an "imminent threat" as well. And Cheney had "no doubt" that Saddam had WMDs. What does "no doubt" mean in your interpretation?
