If there are any people on the face of the earth with a bigger case of "victimhood" complex than Israelis, I have yet to see it. This is a case of the kettle calling the pot "black".

Oh really? Has any Israeli Prime Minister ever claimed that the actions of the IDF had nothing to do with him, he didn't order it, he should get the benefits of being a good peace negotiator despite what they were dong, which he had no control over? Ever?

It's a routine act on the Palestinian side. That's because Arafat never wanted to create a government. He preferred a violent semi-chaos, accompanied by the cult of helpless victimhood, with suicide bombings. Peace in English, Jihad in Arabic.

And you fell for it. And it still fools you!

Israelis never see themselves as victims. They take care of their enemies in due course. But the victimhood charge is often leveled at Survivors and their families in their quest to gain legal recourse against the Nazis, their allies and WW2 profiteers like the Swiss banks. Is this what you meant to say? It is very telling to me that you use the term "victimhood" in any case. I hope that i am wrong. mike
