Hi Cal -

"...RK however is not done yet with the investor's company. She wants the parachute."

This is the kind of bonehead "thinking" that endeared her to so many.

Some investors would like nothing better than to see the details of her "management" brought forth in evidence, and made public. The transcript will be a best-seller.

There are all kinds of things shareholders want to know, like whether it's true that she bound Dimethaid to the consultant's decision on Provalis. Why she never recognized the realities in the difficult UK market, and squandered all those resources. Who drafted that useless Provalis contract, that never even defined what a "unit" was - was it someone else, or was it her? Did she even read it?

Why didn't she disclose that the FDA required more Pennsaid trials? What really happened with WF10 P3 data? How much money did she burn on Varennes2? What was the tenor of her relations with HC and the FDA?

And on, and on...

"The Company has received a letter from Mrs. Keeler’s solicitor stating they do not agree with the Company’s position that the termination was for just cause and if a settlement cannot be negotiated it is their intent to commence legal action."

They don't agree? Then bring it on.

There'll be scalpers for courtroom seats.

Jim
