I agree but in the "new" George Orwell style Amerika, the people will do as they are told. Their own opinion, if they have one, is irrelevant. And, of course, one mustn't forget the real reason for the war in the first place was to "protect" Israel. Accordingly, only if Israel's interests have been secured will the US forces be able to leave.
