I think Jim's call to get out of RRI was questionable, along with EP going bankrupt, and stay away from UPL. But his worst call was to short HOV several years back. It ended up being one of the best performing homebuilders.

That said, I appreciate Jim sharing his thoughts. When we are all in agreement, we are most likely to be wrong. His ideas make me study my model more closely and be more cautious.
