Then why should we have the right to to due process in the courts of other countries?
We don't have a right to due process in the Middle East. Last time I checked, if you are an American without an armed escort, you are liable to wind up as a headless American. That's not due process, in case you haven't noticed.

Done no wrong? Holding a gun and shooting at Americans is wrong in my opinion. But that's just me.
