$200 billion? Whatever the actual number is, it DOES represent jobs. The writer lacks thinking 101 skills.

- I have no problem reforming class action lawsuits which are just total bs most of the time. Getting rid of them isn't the answer and, frankly, isn't what a capitalist would do.

- If companies didn't make dangerous products, make profits from them and then leave consumers and the public saddled with the damages, lawsuits would magically disappear. If the medical community trained, managed and disciplined its professionals to NOT KILL OR MAIM PEOPLE then lawsuits would go bye-bye.

- Just like Bush's outrageous lying about imminent WMD attacks from Iraq, just like Bush's immoral lying about SSA heading into an iceberg, tort reform is simply Bush's way of turning the USA into a fascist country. It's the USA not for the individual but for the corporation.

Why in the world would you support this kind of behavior? Don't you believe in rugged individualism? Don't you see yourself as a true, free and independent American?

Do you want to become servile to other people? Why? What did these thugs EVER do for you?
