I used ebay a few years back to set up my first purchase of sony dvd, bose speakers, sony receiver. got everything at better than half price and Bose does not discount. All the equipment still working and it was from three sellers. Great response. I bought garage stuff this year, laser parking device, good price. I have bid on twenty dell machines, based on dell site set break even limit on bidding. I am amazed at how these people overbid on these machines. I searched ebay for dvd , old fights rocky marciano world heavy weight champion. only found it on ebay but it took over a month to get dvd from seller. Then i found others much cheaper on bestbuy.com and bestprice.com. I noticed dvd's prices are not excessive but shipping costs really kick them up another $10. whereas bestbuy etc are cheaper and shipping in about $3. In summary , i added ebay to my portfolio. g
