Actually any number of laws come to mind but many of them have to do with economic transactions which most people don't seem to really consider private behavior for some reason.

Either that or harm. There are laws that prohibit private behavior that is harmful only to oneself. There doesn't seem to be any reluctance to prohibit such behavior. I think the drug thing is more about harm than financial transactions. I imagine it will be a long time if ever before courts rule that people have a right to harm themselves.
