I believe I have answered all your questions and then some :)
I know the flaws of the Canadian system and have been to America several times, have family living in America.

Like I said before, what do you really know about Canada.

How the H he pretends to know what you or I know of the rest of the world is beyond me. OTOH, maybe he doesn't know it's out there. He may never have been out of supercalafragislistic Canada.
