On the Lottery: Legally, there must be a list, a very long list. The problem or trick is that the quality of the list is getting poorer as the market is putting in a top. The developer knows the time is running out. They will use all tricks in the bag to get the potential buyers to make any commitment as early as they can, such as certificate of Priority Reservation Agreement... Often, they overly present and promote themselves, and understate the actual after sale costs.. They indeed treat you like VIP, make you feel good during the presentation process. It's all part of the selling courtship... For flipping or investing for profits folks out there, I truly believe the easy money had been made. What's out there now is just traps and bags for the unfortunate ones to fall into and carry for years to come.
