The demographic cycles and trends are WHAT (aside from Bush stealing from the trust fund --- remember the lockbox NOW?) is causing the problem. THAT's WHAT. Come on, are you really this blind to the facts? Stop listening to right wing 99% lying radio. Your definition of a ponzi scheme (which is incorrect but let's pass on that right now) fits the Bush Administration. Wrong. SS is an insurance program. If you don't need it, don't take it. When did the USA become a nation of greedy little children saying, 'but it's mine!' You go argue with the government about surpluses. Wrong. You're the anti-democratic, un-American and anti-capitalism fascist. If you don't like the US of A which does most things in an organized and cooperative fashion, then go to Afghanistan. If you're a true Darwinian Capitalist (aka one who doesn't understand capitalism except in its bubblegum wrapper definition) then why aren't you out there being a gun-toting, power-is-all capitalist? Why? Why are you still putzing around in a country that has taxation, laws, regulations all over the place? Why? This is the problem with you and your ilk.
