I have always heard those clauses in Wills that disinherit anyone contesting the will rarely hold up. Anyone know whether this is true?

A lot of people assume that if they die without a will everything will go to the surviving spouse, but that is not always the case.

Here in Florida half goes to the spouse and half to the kids. If the kids are minors, that can be a real problem.
