Lets say Canadians average is $175,000. Americans surgeons have Very high insurance rates,(Hire separate billing service) Is that free???????? Not to mention the worries of be sued! The stress associated with the previous mentioned. In Canada, None of that exists. Yes everything on T.V is a exaggeration, when you want your way :) <<Maybe you need to quit reading SI and watching TV and find out what's going on in the real world.>> LOL!
