Then if you want to control my social security contributions, you won't mind if I control what sex you marry and whether or not you or friends of your have an abortion. With SS, how you do your SS contributions directly impacts my status vis a vis SS. However, if I abort my fetus or marry a gay man, neither will impact you directly. Can you see the difference? You are either for choice or you're are not. Which is it? You are not a very good conservative. Most would not argue these issues because there is little justification for the stance they take over abortion and gay marriage. Its a judgement call that the right has made and wants the rest of us to abide by. It has little to do with the facts unlike the issue over SS. ted
