Now THAT has interesting possibilities! James Polk is responsible for the Mexican War, not Santa Ana, who declared war on the US. Lincoln is responsible for the Civil War, not South Carolina. FDR is responsible for WW2, not Tojo or Hitler. Reagan is responsible for the 1987 crash.

Oh, and Slick Willie is responsible for the 2000 crash because it started in March 2000 when he was still President.
