<ARM's go up point for point with FF rate rises?>

If financials are to have any margins left at all, they may go up more than bp (basis point) per bp increase. Plus agency spreads may also widen if the foreign CBs back way from their intervention at all, as 30-35 bps spread is too narrow.

Spreads can only shrink so much

Spreads can shrink until they invert and then keep going the other way. If that happens Greenspan will start a depression.
