They can say that all they want, on the street, in their churches, in any place where their comments do not bear the imprimatur of government. At this point we still live in a country where the government is not supposed to be espousing religion. Obviously that could be changed- but until it is, and if we don't want it to change, we should be careful to observe the distinction. Lots of people have the low down on God all over the world. The problem is they have different low downs.
