And, of course, this is lacking in the faithful- which is fine, since religion is not science. But it is not fine if some people want religion to masquerade as science.

There are many scientists that are very religious. The ones I know seem to understand the difference between science and religion and don’t see a conflict.

The source of the problem for most people is science masquerading as religion...

I don't expect hypocrites to ever see the source of their own flawed logic but I always feel the need to point it out anyway.

Theories of science do not replace religious explanations for the creation of the universe, no matter what the lab cloak clerics tell you.
