Ok, I saw your post. I have a revocable living trust which owns my assets. Attorney set it up. I also have a will.

It means it's not for a specific purpose. For example if you wanted to make someone your attorney-in-fact for a single transaction, like a real estate closing, you would use a "special" power of attorney.
