lol, I agree that it'll do him no good to be viewed as a greedy, power-hungry, manipulative egotist. That, in fact, is pretty much why Martha Stewart went to jail. If I were a juror, one point would seem to me to be very important: Royer told Elgindy it was okay for him to give him NCIC information. If a law enforcement officer were to tell me that, I'd believe him. The one they should really throw the book at is Royer, who betrayed his agency because he needed money.
