meant royer was sophisticated as fbi agent and its rules, regulations, despite smirk and chewing gum. don't think they'll buy the "only doin' my job," crap.

like i said "the smell test," all together a very sophisticated scam, with players trying to hide it, make it look like "jest bidness." each member was sophisticated in his own world.

jurors don't know ins and outs of insider trading but they know extortion, the destruction of the logs, the free or discounted shares, the laughing greedy language of the players and the sheeple. jurors will find the simple truth, the "smell test," baby.

It is tough for alll of us to guess as we were not there and really only got to read the news clippings. Assuming the journalists were impartial and reported it objectively which may or may not have been the case I would say that he will be found guilty and because he has prior convictions may spend a few more years courtesy of the tax payer. Of course, he still faces the impersonation charges and it being post 9/11 I am not sure what the penalties are for that stuff but we all know ho strict they are on everything regarding air travel is.
