The ADR closed down from 6.65 to about 6.35 today.

Since this is a pink sheet stock cannot buy in premarket---thus my order would not work that I tried putting in last night-----good as it was down today.

Also, learned another little gem---if one uses electronic transfer from bank to brokerage the funds are not available for 5 business days. So unless one is on margin you can not buy a pink sheet stock or bulletin board stock for that length of time.

If one wires funds then they are available immediately.

Back to Starpharma-----if one is interested in the stock you can buy under SPRGY if you want the ADR's.

I am not buying more at this time will hold the ones I bought last year ----rather look at stocks that are a little more visible here.
