Right. I figure you would be against any kind of Western cultural influence being attached to contributions. We should just hand over money no strings attached so that they could get back to business as usual. Wouldn't want to taint them with our western ideals or anything. Specially if it was those nasty religious folks poking their noses in again...

Cambodia, a small country, has an estimated 20,000 child slaves in brothels; again, this routine crime is routinely unpunished.
