what if interest rates, be it short or long term, do not rise as expected?

what if all our trade deficits get financed by the trading partners that we have deficits against?

what if all our budget deficits get financed by the Feds via every creative means possible?

what if we duplicate what the Japanese did for a better part of the 1990s?
