Hi Claude! The terms are disclosed in the NR: impactmin.com. What is significant to me is they pick up a 100% interest in the property with no back in or carried interest to the vendor. The recovery plant is a 10 year lease, but my outlook is that IPT will build at least one more recovery plant on their 100% owned property to handle the mill feed that will be generated from the new development of veins they locate. I think there is a 2% NSR in the deal as well but you can confirm that with a phone call to Impact. cheers! COACH247
