WASHINGTON (AFX) -- U.S. home builders remain very upbeat about the housing market, the National Home Builders Association and Wells Fargo reported Tuesday. The home builders index slipped to 70 in January from 70 in December, the groups said. "Builders are geared up for another solid year and expect the demand from home buyers to remain resilient," said David Wilson, president of the NAHB and a builder from Ketchum, Idaho. All three of the index's components slipped in January, but remain at lofty levels. The index was at 68 last January
