When they allowed the Dogs to register, were they required to have rabies innoculation? Its pretty obvious rabies is rampant in Washington State. jdn

Wonder how many dogs and others, that MoveOn.org and ACT registered in King County...Funny, I haven't seen much bragging from them for all the "work" they did to get the people (dead or alive, and maybe the dogs would account for all the extra ballots ...more ballots than voters....)

But it did everything possible to comply with the agency rule allowing everybody and their dog to register at the county administration building
