White House's Rice: 'strong dollar' still Bush policy WASHINGTON (AFX) -- Secretary of State designate Condoleezza Rice said Tuesday the Bush administration continues to maintain its so-called "strong dollar" policy. Yeah, all farm tax should have bee scrapped 10 years ago. Chinese farmers have done too much sacrifice for urban residents.
