Is this an ad? You're a former partner of an alleged racketeer, extortionist and obstructer of justice. Strange days indeed. I've come across lots of people who had aliases with the word "truth" or some variant in their nick. In time I learned that almost every last one of them believed the "truth" was whatever their own personal interest determined it to be at any given moment. I don't believe anyone has asked these questions directly of you, so I will, and I believe it's fair, considering your prolific public posting history: "Truthseeker," it's now common knowledge that you partnered with Anthony Elgindy. Can you state categorically here in public that: 1. You never traded in opposition or front-ran the recommendations either you or AP made at the website, either through your own account or through a surrogate? 2. Your recommendations were made with the sole purpose of providing AP subscribers with your best good-faith judgment of market conditions? 3. You have at no time had any information concerning securities or racketeering violations by any of your business partners? Now these are easy questions to publicly answer for an honest man going by a truth moniker. I'm not accusing you of anything; I just don't have the information. However, the charges against AP are grave, and you got in bed with him. Hedgefundman said "trails from trials and trials from trails"; prosecutor Breen stated that others were involved in the RICO enterprise, and has hinted that further indictments are a strong possibility. So, fair questions I believe, especially because so far on the AP thread all you have done is flood that thread with spam posts that are irrelevant to the main issue right round the clock. Why not address the issues? Thanks in advance.
