Doug, rupert1, your fundamental positions don't differ that much, so maybe you guys can let it go. Rupert, you made your point vis-a-vis doug. Doug, you don't need to egg him on.

Obviously the two of you are going to do what you think is best, but as an outside observer, IMHO you would both be better served burying the hatchet and neutral post be the last word.
