It has always been the 1967 borders with adjustments that take into account whats happened on the ground in the last 38 years. 38 years is a long time for anything to stay the same. In any case the israelis back in 2000 also offered other land to compensate for the burbs that crossed the 67 line. And Jerusalem, perhaps israeli police/sovreignty with a hong kong like date out there for future sharing in some sort of marcosian love fest.
