Great idea! He needs to be sent over there ASAP. Set him up with a big open coliseum full of Iraqis. Let him go trotting out there waving and spouting his slogans.

Oh, and of course no US troops would be assigned to protect him. That would alienate the crowd. Yessiree he should use that fine Iraqi police force he had trained.
