ISO, on the CanRoys one wonders how long the good times roll..

There is of course the concern about an energy commodity downturn, strong USD, and / or government action to derail the tax benefit being experienced by even foreigners investing in the group.

We as CanRoy owners have come a long ways, including the education of the brokerage community in the US relative to tax treatment of distributions in non taxable accounts.

If I get 17% - 20% gain this year out of my now group of six CanRoys I'll be pleased. To do better and possibly achieve the 40% annual returns I have grown used to I will likely have to do some trading this year......Quite close to maximum allocation to the group in my portfolio at this time and working on mental stops and other exit strategies in the case of an energy spike here this winter... On the otherhand perhaps I'll be saved the selling and rebuying by steady pricing over all...

Six month chart of "the CanRoy flock" - I have been diversifying away from Advantage and Acclaim to the others...Relative strength is apparent by observation of the green dmi's level.. About the only one I would add is ARC...RobTv now has a weekly program on Trust at 11 or 11:30 each Friday....The group I have are generally well regarded...Peyto being another which is but which I do not own...
