That problem was also a problem in 2000 and was dealt with. As long as roughly equal amounts of land are involved in a swap, i dont see a major problem with this. Sticky issues are RofR and Jerusalem. Past expansion of settlements contigous to israel shouldnt be, if reasonable people exist on each side to negotiate. Personally i think Israel needs to be flexible on a symbolic RofR and Pals need to accept israeli ownership of united jerusalem with some autonomy in East and religous control of religious sites. It really is not hard to resolve this if both sides can get beyond the hatred. Personally i think northern ireland presents more of a problem in that regard.
