Whine? Now, that's a novelty. Funny how things are perceived. "Condescending" I've heard before. "Cranky" I've volunteered. But "whiney" is a surprise. Definitely wouldn't want to be whiney. Are you sure you don't mean "shrill"? "Shrill" I could understand. Or perhaps "relentless"? That I could understand. But I'm much, much too satisfied to whine, at least not with any frequency.
